Most cleaning companies act mainly as ’agents’, and hire others (at near minimum wage), to do the actual work. It has been our experience here at Morningstar Health that often these hirees are not always highly motivated to please us, the clients. With David and Lidia at Intex, what you see is what you get. They do the cleaning/maintenance themselves, and with great enthusiasm and attention to detail. I have been so impressed that I asked them to do all the maintenance work (pressure washing, gutters, etc.) at my residence as well. I could not be more pleased with the results.
